Patch testing policy

PATCH TESTING

We are required by our insurance to patch test all clients prior to any LVL, brow lamination or tinting services. 


You must have had a patch test at least 48 hours before your service and be sure to have had a NEGATIVE reaction. A positive reaction would include (but not be limited to) any redness, irritation or discomfort around the patch test area. 


You will need a patch test if:

• This is your first time having any of these services with us at TRIO
• If it has been longer than 6 months since having this treatment with us at TRIO
• If there have been any changes in your medical history since your last treatments - including but not limited to: pregnancies, vaccinations, medication changes, health diagnosis'.


If you are not sure if you need a patch test, please check with us.


Please note that we are unable to carry out your treatment if you arrive and have not had your patch test and you will be charged 30% of your appointment amount (in line with our cancellation policy.)


We do not offer or accept patch test waiver forms.
