All gift cards, purchased in the salon or online are subject to the following terms and conditions.
- Gift cards are a prepaid balance that can be used across all treatments.
- Gift cards have an expiry of 6 months from purchase date (not from the date of receiving the gift). This will be displayed on your gift card. Gift cards may be extended by 6 months at a cost of £10, this must be done before the expiry date.
- If the gift card is not extended within the expiry date, 50% of the voucher may be used for the following 6 months.
- After 12 months of the original purchase date, the gift card can no longer be used.
- You will be required to present the gift card code when paying for your treatments, it is important you keep this safe as we may not be able to find it on our system.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
